Recyclable Materials

Please take the time to clean containers, remove lids and properly sort materials by type. Pre-sorting saves you time at the recycling center.

Soiled materials are trash. Please bring clean material only.


WE ACCEPT:

Paper
Sort paper into the following types:

Newspaper
If it comes in the newspaper it can be recycled with the newspaper.

Corrugated Cardboard and Brown Paper Bags
No cereal type boxes.

Magazines

Phone Books and Catalogs

Office Paper

Please sort large quantities into these types:

Greenbar Computer Paper
High quality only.

White ledger
With black ink only, no color allowed.

Office Pack
Bond, notebook, index cards, glossy paper, manila and bleached file folders, direct mailings, NCR multi -form carbonless paper, envelopes.

Aluminum Cans
The Granby Warehouse is the only center that pays for cans.

Glass Bottles and Jars
No Blue.
Remove lids or metal wraps
Labels are okay
No drinking glasses

No other glass

Construction paper, copy paper wrappers, glossy FAX paper, self adhesives, golden rod colored paper, blueprints, deep toned/fluorescent dyed paper, stickers, fabric.
